At CAPA, we believe in doing our bit to help restore Australian landscapes and improve our biodiversity.
As a sustainability partner of the CAPA Airline Leader Summit Australia Pacific, Cairns 2025, Reforest is planting a tree on behalf of every attendee in a local reforestation project along with Rainforest Rescue. Your tree will remove CO2 & restore a patch of globally significant the Lower Daintree Rainforest that had previously been cleared for sugarcane farming. This project is helping to restore this delicate ecosystem & support the unique endemic wildlife that depends on it.
The 2025 CAPA Australia Pacific Summit is planting 300 trees in the Nightwings Daintree Area. These trees will restore over 540 square meters, remove over 23.4 of carbon dioxide and create new habitats for Australian wildlife. To learn more click here.
